You receive Sonos Credit when you purchase a selected Sonos product. With this credit, you can buy other Sonos products and expand your Sonos audio system. In this article, you can read how to get Sonos Credit and what you can buy with it.
When do you receive Sonos Credit and how long is it valid for?
You receive Sonos Credit if you purchase a selected Sonos product in a promotional period at Coolblue. The credit will then be ready in your Coolblue account within 1 month after delivery of your order. You'll receive a confirmation email about this. After you received it, you have 1 year to spend your Sonos Credit.
Where can you find your Sonos Credit?
If you received the product, you can find your Sonos Credit in your Coolblue account within 1 month. Go to your Coolblue profile, click Discounts (or Personal discounts in the app), and view your credit. Here, you can see how much credit you've received and how long it's valid for. You can use your Sonos Credit if you're buying a selected Sonos product. Choose Sonos Credit in the payment window and buy your new product with a discount.
What can you buy with Sonos Credit?
You can spend your Sonos Credit on other Sonos products. For example, buy a duo pack with 2 Sonos Era 100 speakers or a TV bundle with the Sonos Beam Gen2. All Sonos products work together well and are easy to control with the Sonos app.
