How do you solve error codes on a Samsung dishwasher?
You see an error code on the display of your Samsung dishwasher, but you're not sure what this means or how to solve it. That's okay, because we're happy to help you in this article. We'll explain the most common Samsung errors and how to solve them.
Solve Samsung error codes
In this article, we'll share the solutions to these error codes:
- Error 4C
- Error HC
- Error bc2
- Other errors
Error 4C
With error 4C, the dishwasher has a problem with the water supply. Check the water supply and open it completely. Check if the supply hose has any bends or blockages, and remove them. Also clean the filter inside the dishwasher. Doesn't the error go away? Check the water pressure. Put a bucket under the faucet and fully open it. After a minute you should have about 10L of water. If that's not the case, you should call a plumber.
Error HC
Do you see the HC error? In that case, the dishwasher requires a heating check. Run a cycle with dish soap, while the dishwasher is empty.
Error bc2
When you see the bc2 error on the display, the dishwasher has an issue with the buttons. Press a button for 30 seconds and clean the control panel.
Other errors
Does your Samsung dishwasher show any of the errors below?
- LC
- AC
- tC
- PC
- EC
We don't recommend you solve the error yourself. There might be a part that's broken. Close the water supply, remove the connector from the socket, and contact the Samsung customer service.
