Error code err5

Error code err5: turn off the microwave

Error message err5 indicates that there's an electrical fault in the microwave. This is usually in the printed circuit board. This is the board to which all the wiring is attached.

  1. Turn off the microwave.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the socket.
  3. Turn the microwave back on after 10 minutes.
  4. If this doesn't work, have the printed circuit board replaced.
Error code err4 and err3

Error code err4 and err3: let the microwave cool down

If err4 appears on the display, there's an error in the internal temperature sensor. That's when the microwave measures a temperature that's too high.

  1. Turn off the microwave.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the socket.

  3. Let the microwave cool down.

  4. IS the interior no longer warm? Turn on the microwave.

Error code F9

Error code F9: too much current

If you see error code F9, there was probably a power outage or a temporary peak load.

  1. Turn off the microwave.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the socket.

  3. Turn the microwave back on after 10 minutes.
