The most common errors of LG washer dryer combinations

If you see the error code IE on the display, there's a problem with the water supply. First, check if the tap is open all the way, so enough water can come out. Make sure the supply hose isn't kinked. After that, check the filter in the hose. Close the tap, remove the supply hose, and clean the filter at the end of it. Re-attach the hose and open the tap.

If your washer dryer displays the AE code, you're dealing with a leak. You'll have to turn off the appliance and remove the connector from the socket. Shut off the water supply completely, so it doesn't supply the washer dryer combination with water. After that, you should contact the point of sale of your appliance. Isn't your appliance under warranty anymore? Contact LG directly.

The error code OE indicates that something's up with the water drain. Check the drain hose and make sure it's not kinked. Make sure the drain pipe isn't clogged. Don't insert the drain hose into the pipe more than 10cm, and make sure the drain isn't higher than 1m. It's also important to check the filter under the machine and clean it. Error codes dE, dE1, dEz, or dE4 indicate an issue with the door. Open the door and ensure that laundry isn't stuck between it. Close the door until you hear it click. Doesn't this work? The door lock or sensor might be broken. If that's the case, contact LG so a technician can have a look.

Do you see the dHE error code on the display? The dryer functions of washer dryer combination aren't working. Pull the connector out of the socket and wait 30 seconds.
