According to our stand mixer expert
Thanks to the average power, you can knead several preparations one after the other without overheating the motor.
With the extra accessories, you can also mix smoothies, orange juice, and you can cut and grate ingredients.
You can store the accessories in your kitchen cabinet in the included storage bag.
This stand mixer isn't suitable for kneading heavy dough, such as bread and pizza dough, for a long time.
With the Bosch MUM54230 Styline, you get a basic stand mixer with extra functions. You can blend fresh fruit into a smoothie in the blender or squeeze fresh orange juice with the citrus press. With the food processor attachment, you can finely cut and grate ingredients. This is useful if you want to have even slices of apple, grated carrot, or small pieces of chocolate. Thanks to the 900W power, you can also knead heavy dough. This way, you can make your own bread or pizza dough. The motor is strong enough for the occasional heavy-duty job, but this mixer can't handle that daily. You can make batter for 1 cake in the 3.9L mixing bowl. After use, you can clean the separate parts in the dishwasher.
Great versatile device. Been looking for a good food processor for some time. Since I really like most brands (read KitchenAid) ... but too expensive for "occasional use" I was looking for a reliable alternative. Selected myself on the site (clear description and video on the site also very useful) and received it on Mother's Day. I've been cooking all day (yes on Mother's Day) to try out all the accessories of the machine. I love him! Makes little noise, so very pleasant to use ... and does what it's supposed to do. Also easy to store compactly in a cupboard. Recommended !

We've wanted a food processor that can especially handle bread dough well for a long time and were a bit hesitant about this relatively cheap machine. The consumer association test convinced us. We don't regret it. It kneads very well and without problems both yeast dough and sourdough dough. He can even handle dough for 2 loaves of bread easily (although this is not recommended). Furthermore, we have already used the graters and I make a smoothie in the blender every day. All goes well too. Cleaning is a breeze. A lot of storage space is needed for all accessories. It also makes quite a bit of noise when it's kneading, but that's not surprising when you see how it should work. So a great machine.

Strong machine No problem turning a yeast dough in it, baking delicious bread or preparing pizza dough! Sturdy mixing bowl and wonderfully quiet! Good replacement for overpriced Kitchenaid!!
