I use this bowl for proteins, because of the measurement I can immediately see for the correct measurement and it is easy to make fat-free. The bowl is dishwasher safe, only in the top part of it, which is a pity. My bowl cannot possibly fit there. It is quite heavy, which has the advantage that it will break less quickly, but the disadvantage is that it is difficult to wash by hand.

You can use the KitchenAid 5KSM5GB Glass Mixing Bowl 4.7L to mix ingredients. The mixing bowl is made of glass, so you can keep an eye on the preparation. Even if you're at a distance. Thanks to the useful volume marking, you can measure ingredients directly in the mixing bowl. So you don't have to clean another measuring cup.
Note: this mixing bowl is only suitable for the 4.3L and 4.8L KitchenAid stand mixers with tiltable head. This mixing bowl isn't suitable for other stand mixers.
