According to our kitchen knife expert
After use, store the blades securely in the supplied knife block.
The icon on the back of the handle indicates which knife it is, so you can easily separate the knives.
Thanks to the dimples in the blade, the ingredients do not stick to the knife.
This set doesn't include a knife sharpener or honing steel.
Get a complete knife set for all your hacking and carving with the Diamant Sabatier Riyouri Knife Block (5-piece). The extensive set contains 5 Japanese-ground blades. With the chef's knife you can easily cut and chop vegetables and herbs for a delicious pasta sauce. Use the bread knife to cut off fresh bread and the knife is suitable for peeling and cutting fruit. The blades are made of sturdy stainless steel and have a special anti-slip structure, which keeps you grip during cutting. You clean the knives in the dishwasher after use and safely store them in the supplied wooden knife block.
This knife block looks great and is very convenient to use. The handle lies well in the hand and the bump at the back ensures that the knife does not slide out of your hand. The whole set looks super modern. You can buy a whole set for the price of a super expensive design brand. Probably not quite as perfect. But value for money considering the best purchase you can make. Any drawback. During transport, the handles lie against each other, which can cause black spots. That's why I exchanged my first delivery. But without murmuring or any problem. Great service!

Knife set now almost 3 months ago and so far very satisfied with it. The knives are comfortable to hold (a little heavier than most knives available). Good grip with the knives, they are sharp and look stylish on the counter! Recommended
