Product is great and now use it regularly to de-stress and relax muscles. Mainly upper back and neck. Motor is powerful and gives me that wonderful deep massage I was looking for. I like the hard painful massages :-). There are only 4 buttons on it so you don't have to be a scientist. Left, right, heat and on/off is actually all you need :-). Just lie down and enjoy. Anyone can operate the device. For the more difficult muscles such as the side of your neck, it is occasionally looking for a position that works. If the massage is too intense you can always adjust with a few pillows under the corner. I'm happy with it :-)
