According to our stereo system expert
Plays DVDs on your television via HDMI.
Stream files wirelessly via Bluetooth.
The USB port is suitable for all Apple devices.
No optical input for external digital source.
The Pioneer X-HM31V is a good partner for your television. It not only plays from CD, DVD, and USB flash drives, but also streams wirelessly via Bluetooth. Via HDMI, you can connect the system to your TV. The sound of your television can also be transferred to the Pioneer X-HM32V via an analogue stereo cable. You can connect your iPod, iPhone, or iPad digitally via the USB port at the front. Do you have an Android device? Connect it via Bluetooth. The 60-watt amplifier in combination with the bookcase speakers not only brings your music, but also your movies and favorite television shows to life.
I have only had the Pioneer X-HM32V for a few days, but so far I am very satisfied! In any case, the radio, bluetooth, CD and alarm clock functions work fine. The boxes of 30W each are also ample for the small space in which I use the device.
One drawback for me: This device is really designed for use with a display. I have not connected a monitor to it, and therefore some functions (such as repeat and random play) are not available. Unfortunate!
