I have owned a 47 cm Weber for years. I used this BBQ summer and winter for all kinds of dishes, the amount of people did not matter to me. I was able to get everything cooked in a reasonable amount of time whether I used the direct or indirect method. In the end it was time for me to get a bigger BBQ. I also wanted a BBQ where you could refill briquettes through the grid and the GBS Master has that which is a really nice option. The GBS is also a great BBQ for accessories. I am a big fan of wood smoked pizzas. By using the pizza stone you almost reach the level of authentic Italian pizza.

The ashtray that hangs under the BBQ is also very nice. This ensures that your clothes are no longer gray after emptying the BBQ.

On other sites I have come across the BBQ for a fraction slightly cheaper. But because of the always fast, reliable delivery I chose coolblue. Partly because they always keep you informed about the delivery by e-mail or text message.

I have now prepared various dishes on the Master Touch, slowly cooked spare ribs using the 3-2-1 method, oerhams, perfectly grilled steaks and vegetables have also been no problem. Of course this also depends on your own knowledge and skills, I would recommend gaining some knowledge online or from books and trying out a lot. It is a shame to buy such a good BBQ for only the supermarket bacon slices and simple burgers, it can be so much tastier with little effort!

The BBQ comes in a large box and you have to assemble the product yourself. Despite the clear instructions, I found this to be quite time-consuming and should be easier. I think the chassis with wheels is a bit undersized for this price range, although it has already been significantly improved compared to the older version.

A handy GBS grid is included, the sides can be folded up to refill briquettes or charcoal.
