Tender inside, crispy from the outside. This is how you like to eat your chicken or turkey. But to get your poultry like that, that is not an egg. Provided you have a Weber GBS Poultry Steamer in your barbecue range. You easily place a whole chicken on the holder and with the large handles you put the poultry steamers in the GBS grid of your Weber barbecue. Add some vegetables for a complete meal.

The evening of delivery, washed off the steamer and immediately used it to prepare a delicious whiskey steamed chicken. The meat also stays nice and tender because of the steaming inside.

The product is excellent. A whole chicken from the oven has been served here before, but from the barbecue with some pieces of smoke wood added, it gives it a completely different twist. And because this poultry steamer is quite spacious, you can also fit a large portion of vegetables in it while you cook your chicken. And you still have enough space on the grid around it to roast potatoes, for example, so you can prepare a full meal on your barbecue in one go. It is recommended to use a core thermometer. Cooking at temperature on the barbecue is just that little bit easier than cooking on time.
