According to our thermostat expert
The thermostat is wireless, allowing you to place it anywhere in the house.
Fits on the existing base plate of your old Honeywell Round thermostat.
Useful, illuminated digital readout with up-to-date information.
This thermostat is not programmable.
This thermostat is not suitable for all boilers.
The Honeywell Round Wireless Modulation is an easy-to-control digital room thermostat. Thanks to the dial, adjusting the heating to a higher or lower setting is as easy as pie. The thermostat has a large, illuminated screen, so you can easily check the temperature in the dark without having to use reading glasses. Expand the thermostat with an Internet Gateway and you'll be able to control it remotely via an app. Note that without an Internet Gateway, this won't be possible. The thermostat runs on batteries, allowing you to place it anywhere you like.
Note: this thermostat is only suitable for modulating boilers that support an OpenTherm protocol.
