I think the power of a mixer is the most important. Cake tastes better when mixed a little longer, but it has to be able to handle the heavy lifting. User-friendly, you can get started with it in no time.

I bought this because my mother-in-law has had a similar device for 25 years, even yellowed, but working fine. If not this device. You now have to hold the button when mixing, while we only use the device monthly and Braun seemed like a premium brand. The device cannot be disassembled by a layman (no screws on the outside). In the repair cafe they got it open, but problem not solved. I am more and more fed up with electronic devices that break easily and cannot be repaired.

According to our hand mixer expert
You can change the mixing accessories with just 1 push of the button.
Thanks to the vertically placed motor, the weight rests in the bowl, not in your hand.
The flexible cord and flat back mean you can easily put the mixer down.
It's less suitable for heavy kneading, such as whole wheat bread dough.
With the Braun MultiMix 3 HM3100WH White hand mixer, you can make it easy on yourself when preparing different types of batter. Because the motor is vertically positioned, the weight of the mixer is not in your hand, but in the bowl. You can knead pizza or pie dough with the dough hooks. The whisks help you whip cream and egg whites lightly. With the 5 speeds and the turbo function, you can keep optimal control over the mixing process. The Braun MultiMix 3 HM3100 hand mixer has a comfortable and stable soft grip handle. It's very safe when your hands are wet or greasy.
