It is a good quality food processor. Making dough and batter is fine. Grinding nuts into flour also works very well. Slicing peaches didn't go well. This turned into pulp. Slicing apples is fine, although the largest slicing disc still cuts very thin slices. Could have been a bit thicker. What I find unfortunate and impractical is that you can't use all the parts in every bowl. For example, the egg white/whipped cream beater, the large knife and the dough knife can only be used in the large bowl. The midi bowl can only be used in combination with the cutting and grating discs. And only soft ingredients can be chopped or mixed in the mini bowl. I only realized this when I had already started using the device. I now often need the large bowl several times in a row, and then I have to clean it again. Another big disadvantage is that you have to wash everything by hand. According to Coolblue, everything can go in the dishwasher, but the manual states that this is only possible with a short program, a maximum of 40 degrees and preferably also without a drying cycle.
