According to our stand mixer expert
The light in the mixing bowl allows you to see exactly how thick your batter is.
Thanks to the powerful capacity, this stand mixer doesn't need much power to knead heavy dough, like bread or pizza dough.
With the included blender, you can also mix vegetables and fruits into a smoothie with this stand mixer.
This stand mixer doesn't come with an extra mixing bowl that you can use to easily make various preparations.
The Kenwood Chef Titanium KVC7320S is a heavyweight when it comes to kneading, thanks to its 1500 watts of power. Power and speed are maintained when kneading, so even heavy wholemeal bread dough is no problem for this mixer. It comes with 5 attachments for mixing, kneading, and blending, as well as a pitcher. This way, you'll have all the right accessories for different preparations, while you can use the same machine to make smoothies. What's special about this machine, is the lamp above the mixing bowl. This way, your batter never lies in the shadow of the machine, and you can see exactly how thick or smooth your batter is. Do you want a lot of power, mixing attachments, and the possibility to keep an eye on your batter? Then this mixer is the one for you.

This is one of those purchases that you'll be wondering about for a while. Is it worth the money? Am I going to use it enough? And what should it be then? When my stick blender with chopper motor gave up the ghost, this question only became more pressing, and I decided to invest in a good machine that should be able to keep me going for the next 20 years. Then the next question is, of course: which one? I have used many reviews for this, and have benefited a lot from the process description here: https://www.vriendindekeuken.nl/keukenmachine-kopen-welke-keukenmachine-zal-kopen-en-waarom/. Since I like to make fresh pasta, a power above 1000W was in any case a requirement. It was also clear to me fairly quickly that I wanted to go for a Kenwood. All things considered, ended up with this one. Works like a train! Immediately purchased the Food Processor KAH 647 PL attachment together with the Chef. With that I am in fact provided for the things I have always done in the kitchen (although it is a great time saver that my pasta dough is now being made behind my back while I am preparing the ravioli filling in the meantime).

The previous model (Kenwood KMC050070 Chef Titanium) unfortunately broke down and could no longer be delivered. Made use of the coolblue offer to receive money back. After much deliberation, I decided to buy the chef titanium again, although it has become quite more expensive.
The new model has a significantly nicer and more chic finish. Beautiful LED lighting, mixing bowl and caps with a nicer finish: Everything is a bit more beautiful again. Motor power also went from 1,400w to 1,500w All this beauty does not really justify the extra price in my opinion, but it is an asset to the kitchen.
One drawback is that the slow drive point has been changed, this is a bit of a double. I have to buy an adapter for my lasagna maker but I find the connection a lot nicer than the previous model (The AT attachments), I always had trouble with the meat grinder.

It works better if the kitchenaid has more accessories and is definitely more robust
