For those of us who would like to read an in-depth experience. Below my experience about the Apple Airpods.
Doubts.
I had ordered the Apple Airpods from Coolbue before, but after using them for two weeks, I was not satisfied enough with them. On the street I had the feeling that people were looking at me strangely. That made me immediately doubt whether they were worth it after all. You would think: 'Why are you being influenced by other people?' That's why I don't like attention that much. Since the price worth € 179,- is also not nothing, I decided to send them back. This made me feel good. Money back, earplugs with wire back in like almost everyone has, yes that was nice again.
Back-purchase.
A few weeks later, I started to doubt whether I should buy the Apple Airpods again. After watching a number of Youtube videos of 'How good the Apple Airpods are', I decided to buy them back. This purchase has been about a month now and I can say that I am quite satisfied with my purchase. I just had to get used to the fact that Apple AirPods are a new generation of earbuds. Yet I see more and more people walking with it and I can't get rid of it myself. In my opinion, the price of €179 compensates for the ease of carrying the Apple AirPods with you and also the fact that the Apple Airpods are currently one of the cheapest wireless earbuds on the market. , the price is actually secretly a 'bargain'.
Sound quality (4 stars).
With earplugs it is often about the sound that comes out, because that's what they are designed for. The sound quality is not great - and is therefore not recommended for professional music listeners -, but for people including me who just simply want music on their ears without actually thinking about whether the low/high etc are good enough , these are fine wireless earbuds. That's why I give the wireless earbuds 4 stars, because they are not worth € 179 because of the sound quality, but again because of the dexterity. To give an example about battery life of the Apple AirPods in relation to the sound volume: they last about 2.5 hours at full volume (as tested by such Youtubers). So at medium/low volume they really go more towards the 5 hours long battery life. I still think 2.5 hours is quite long, so I don't think it's a problem in that regard. The Apple Airpods do not have noise cancellation, so you hear a lot of ambient noise, but at those moments you can increase your volume quite a bit. I often turn my sound at about 60-70% at such a time with EU noise limitation on. And that will be about 60 decibels of volume.
Also to consider the subject of hearing damage: the EU sound limit is approximately 75-85 decibels. So it is wise not to turn up your sound louder than 80%
the moment you also have the EU noise limitation mode on. In a quiet environment you should listen between 30-50% (on EU noise limitation). You can also turn the sound up to full volume while the EU sound limitation is on, but then you shouldn't listen to music for longer than 6-8 hours. And yes, clear enough: if you go over the EU limit, or if you turn it off and let the music play at full blast, you will actually suffer hearing damage in no time.
Apple Airpods features.
You can double tap on one of your Apple Airpods, it doesn't matter which one: (or you have to have it set that you only want this to be possible on one of the two) choose from next song/previous song, play/ pause, Siri or you turn off the entire function. I hardly ever use the Siri function myself, since it doesn't quite work as it should yet. Siri doesn't record a lot of things well, or it picks up a part of what you ask that is of little use to you in the end, because in that time that you ask Siri, you can't actually open it yourself for a long time. (such as: ''Siri open Spotify and start the song: Power by Hardwell''). There is also automatic ear detection. This allows the Apple Airpods to stop playing music the moment you turn off one of the two Apple Airpods or both. This is made possible by a sensor in the Apple Airpods that is hidden behind the 'black dot' on the Airpods. Finally, you can also use the Apple Airpods as a microphone. The microphone has found its place at the end of the white rod that no longer has a wire. There are certain filters in the Apple Airpods that ensure that the ambient noise that ends up in the microphone is filtered out, so that someone else hears you clearly during a digital conversation.
Wear compliant (4 stars)
The Apple Airpods fit my ears very well. Some people suffer from ears that are too large, so that the Apple Airpods have no grip in your ears and therefore slip out of your ears with small movements. Yes, then I do not recommend them (therefore also 4 stars): tip test the Apple Earpods first, are they good? Then you know for sure that the Apple AirPods will also sit well.
charging case
They also have a charging case with a capacity of 24 hours of battery life. Within 15 minutes, the Apple Airpods can be used again for about an hour. So you can listen to music again! For connection (Apple uses the W1 chip that actually effortlessly provides the connection, because of the W1 chip you can switch between your different Apple devices very quickly and easily with your Apple Airpods. The W1 chip does not work on Android devices) with your smartphone, turn on the bluetooth, make sure your charging case is open and then a tab will appear at the bottom of your smartphone screen where you click on 'connect' in the case of Apple devices, but if you are using an Android device you will first have to press the 'connection button' on the back of your charging case for a few seconds to make the bluetooth connection. Then you will eventually see a tab with 'connect', just like Apple devices. Then you only have to click on 'connect' and you will soon hear a 'beep', which means that the Apple AirPods are paired with your Apple and/or Android device. Now you can go straight to your favorite music platform and play your music. In addition, if you have at least one Apple AirPod in your charging case, you can see the battery life of both the Apple AirPods and the charging case itself. If you put both Apple AirPods back in the charging case, you will see the battery life of the Apple AirPods together, so not separately.

Design (5 stars): In my opinion, the design is very nice and neatly finished. I like the primary color anyway: white.
Ease of Use (5 stars): These wireless earbuds are so much more convenient than the wired ones. Easily connect to your Apple and/or Android devices,
Design (5 stars): Design looks very solid. Because of this, I am also starting to appreciate Apple products more and more. For me, design is next to quality in my list of priorities and these Apple AirPods certainly meet that.
Conclusion.
I recommend the product if you are firstly willing to pay for it, secondly if you really think it's worth it for the efficiency, and finally if you don't mind the sound quality, which isn't special, but it's not bad either.
I do NOT recommend the product if firstly you DO NOT have the money for it (because it is much better to spend on good and cheaper things), secondly the efficiency does not really interest you and you can also handle wired earplugs and finally if you do like to listen to high sound quality.
