Then the USB connection broke down in April, so that I could only read my data with a lot of effort. When the screen broke in May and I couldn't see anything on the screen anymore, I offered the MIO on May 28, 2018 at ComServe Den Bosch for repair (4 months old, so naturally within the warranty). ComServe was clear: the device was beyond repair and would be replaced by a new MIO. That's when the trouble really started: first this would take a week, then two weeks… After three weeks, I called the MIO Helpdesk: “There are no MIO Cyclos and/or repair parts available for customers with a defective MIO. Stores are, of course, supplied with new devices, but customers who have a faulty device have to sort it out: not a priority. Waiting time unknown, but at least another 3 weeks.
