Bought these 2 Hue white E27 lamps as an extension to my starter kit. These are the cheapest Hue lamps. Light is warm white, and can only be controlled in intensity. They are found within seconds via the Hue app. And then immediately include it in your lighting plan and routines.

Hue is really addictive but is an expensive hobby. Already has 6 lamps, 1 dimmer, 2 motion sensors and a Hue Bridge. Because the fitting E27, I bought a number of adapter plugs for my E14 lights. Lamps protrude above the lampshade as a result. The ceiling lamps were also replaced by ceiling lamps with an E27 fitting. The Candle models and the gu10 fitting lamps are more expensive than a new ceiling lamp.

The only drawback is that the lamps always use power because they have to be visible to the bridge. Children and my wife find it difficult to control the lamps via the app. Creating routines does make a difference, now the light always starts at a certain moment. The sensor works for the places that need to be switched on briefly (eg a garage).
