Excellent product in itself. Good manual and not very complicated. However, I have the idea that the milk jug does not get very clean because of this, I still see milk stains.

Nice device, easy to operate and keep clean. Make great coffee for everyone. On the Saeco website you will find instructional films regarding operation and maintenance. Very handy.

I never knew there was a separate milk cleaner; I always thought the cleaning programs were sufficient, but this is actually a good addition.
