I've only had this for a few days. Unpacking the box reminded me of a Russian doll. Assembling was easy with the exception of the splash guard. In the past few days I have tried many recipes of bread, pie, filling, vegetable dishes and smoothies. It amazes me how fast it can work.
I've used the kneader for bread making, the mixer for pie dough, pumpkin pie filling, and turkey stuffing. I've also used the food processor to chop onions, carrots, and celery, and the blender to make smoothies. I need more practice with the kneading tools, but the bread got a fine texture, albeit a bit compact - more likely my lack of bread making skill.
The blender attachment turns out to be very powerful compared to my Bosch blender. It really surprised me and made short work of breaking down the frozen fruit and ice cubes into a smoothie. It was much faster than the Bosch.
The food processor managed to chop the vegetables quickly and easily without all the hassle other food processors have given me with bits getting stuck.
The real workhorse for me has been the mixer. It made the pie dough so easy. Adding water during mixing was easy to control. The dough turned out perfect.
