I was looking for a simple tablet where the buttons don't get in the way. I have been working with tablets in all shapes and sizes for 20 years. With every model I got from my employers, the buttons got in the way. With this model they are at the top and I do not accidentally slide over them in my working position. (I know I can turn them off - but these days you can accidentally turn them back on with touch). The working posture/position where you want the buttons is of course different for everyone.
