According to our gaming headset expert
By using Windows Sonic and Dolby Atmos sound, you'll have virtual surround sound, anywhere around, above, and below you.
Thanks to the detachable microphone and cable, you can easily take the headset along to LAN parties.
The lightweight, nylon frame feels solid and the metal arch in the headband guarantees flexibility.
On the PS4, you only have stereo sound at your disposal.
Mobility, build, and sound quality for serious gamers, those are the qualities Logitech G committed to with the Logitech G Pro Gaming Headset. The G pro headset is compatible with Windows Sonic (Xbox One and PC) and Dolby Atmos virtual sound features. This allows you to hear surround sound and also to hear clearly when opponents are moving above or below you. A combination of different types of nylon make the headset strong and light, while the steel sliders in the headband keep the headset flexible. With 2 sets of ear cups, you can choose between noise canceling artificial leather, which shut you off from the world outside, or breathable fabric ear cups, so you can continue gaming on hot summer days.

My 3rd Logitech headset so far and I have to admit, it remains a fantastic brand. Microphone is excellent for a gaming headset and the sound quality is very clear. If you are in doubt between the Cloud Alpha or Logitech G Pro, I would go for the Logitech G Pro.
