- You can place these light bars behind your TV and make them light up in the colors of your screen.
- These lights emit all colors and every shade of white light.
- With a Hue bridge, you can also control the lights outdoors and let the lights move along with your laptop or monitor via the Hue Sync app.
- To connect your lamps to the TV, you need a Hue Sync Box.
- Without a Philips Hue bridge, you can only control the lights via Bluetooth and you can control up to 50 lights.
Description
The Philips Hue Play Light Bar White and Color Black 2-pack gives you a better light experience in your home right away. You can choose from one of the many shades of white or the 16 million colors. The light bar is very versatile. You can aim the light at a wall to create a unique effect, or attach it behind your television so it can synchronize with your favorite series or movie. You need an HDMI Sync Box for this. The lamp has a stand, but when you place it behind your television, you can attach it with the included clips. Of course, you can also control the Hue Play series via the Hue app on your smartphone and adjust the lamp to your liking. To control the lights outdoors as well or connect them to your PC monitor, you need a Hue bridge.

I like it because it gives that extra bit of experience. Sleek appearance of the lamps, so they don't look ugly next to your TV. Hope signify or hue synch will make improvements so that you can't only sync from PC.

I am very positive about this hue from Philips. This works via the hue bridge and I combine it with my other smart lighting as mood lighting in the bedroom. Very nice and cozy mood light. Definitely a nice and fun gadget for those who love smart technology.
