According to our projector expert
This ultra short throw projector projects a large image size from a very short distance.
The high light output ensures a clear projection even in a large brightly-lit area.
Thanks to the Full HD resolution, you can see a lot of details on the screen, like sand grains in the desert, or the wrinkles of an actor.
This projector doesn't have a smart platform, so you can only play content via a laptop or Chromecast, for example.
The projector doesn't have lens shift to adjust the position of the image.
If you want to place a projector close to the screen, you should take a look at the Optoma HD31UST. With this ultra short throw projector, you can project a 1m wide projection from 0.25m distance. For a 2m wide projection, you can double the distance to 0.5m. This reduces the chance of people walking through your projection and placing shadows on the screen. Thanks to the high light output of 3400 ANSI lumens, the image is bright in lit rooms. This means you won't have to darken the room. The Full HD resolution guarantees a clear image display. It doesn't matter whether you project a presentation, movie, or sports game.
The television can go out, what a wonderfully large image with this beamer. Quite a large device, but if you can neatly hide it away, that's no problem. You really only need a small part of the wall for a big picture.

I use it commercially for presentations (photos, videos, etc). You don't always have the right screen available, but okay. If you want to use this device as a home cinema, you also have to invest in a screen that is suitable. Nice clear image. You can even project onto a wall and adjust the settings to match the wall's hue. There is no storage option, but the device is of course primarily intended to be placed somewhere and also to leave it there. Then I do miss a protection of the lens against dust and dirt (cover/slide that can be closed). All in all definitely recommended. I think the price / quality ratio is top.
