According to our record player expert
Thanks to the phono equalizer, you can connect the record player to any amplifier or system with analog inputs.
The Auto Speed Sensor prevents unwanted speed fluctuations.
The arm is automatically lifted when a record has finished playing.
The record player doesn't have a headphone jack.
Use the Denon DP-400 to play your entire record collection. Thanks to the phono equalizer, you can connect the record player to any amplifier or system with analog inputs. The Auto Speed Sensor function makes sure your records are played at a constant speed. This makes the sound as accurate as possible. When the record has finished playing, the arm lifts automatically.
With the exception of the arm lift lever, the player feels solid. The finish is beautiful. Adjusting the stylus pressure/scaling went smoothly. Sound quality is fine. The perfect turntable for the vinyl enthusiast who is looking for a good price/quality ratio in a class that is slightly higher than an entry-level model. You can trust Denon with that!
