Initially, I was looking for a powerful device for not too much money, knowing that I would be sacrificing some luxury. That's exactly what this device is: nothing has stopped it yet, but there are a few things that could be improved. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and would definitely buy the same one again. What could be improved: the 2.5 meter cord is simply not long enough for the jobs I want to do with it. To be clear: so far I've cut water pipes with it and cut grooves in stone with it. A few feet extra would mean it has some room to fall to the floor. This problem is quickly solved with an extra extension cord.

The protective cover is secured with a clamping fitting that you tighten with a screw. Because of that screw you cannot mount the protective cover 360 degrees around the shaft, which is just a shame. Great to work with, but it sometimes requires a slightly different attitude than you might have wanted. Depending on how the protective cover is fitted, the screw is also difficult to tighten because it is more difficult to get a grip on the device, without getting in your way.
