Canon imageFORMULA P208II

I bought this scanner to digitize my notes / sketchnotes. So far I've used a flatbed scanner that performed moderately, this works much better.

Of course I immediately turned off the auto button, but that meant I had to go to Canon's website first to look for drivers. When I had everything up and running, I went through the manual and found out that you can scan immediately in car mode because the scanner then works like a USB disk with a scanning program on it.

Yet I often use it with a separate scan program (Naps2), because it is easier to change settings there.

I am very happy with the quality of the colors and the scanning resolution. The disadvantage is that you cannot scan books with such a scanner, only loose leaves or photos

Beautiful, compact and well-designed device, but in view of the limited options it is worth the price. Skews documents quickly, allowing A4 size documents to come out of the scanner mangled. Smaller formats and receipts (I wanted to use the scanner for my administration) often go through the device diagonally.

Very disappointed, scanner cannot work on laptop. Program was finally able to download, after a lot of hassle. But scanner is not recognized.
