Bought the vacuum cleaner last year. Mainly use for ceramic tile floor. Vacuum cleaner mouth makes nasty noise when pulling towards you, kind of cat whine. Not to be heard. After contacting Bosch customer service, I ordered another vacuum cleaner nozzle for €45.21. Unfortunately, that cat whine came back after a few uses. Reported problem to Bosch customer service and was answered by email that there are 2 other vacuum cleaner nozzles that I could order. I have reported that I don't feel like paying another €40 and expect some leniency, eg send another one and take the previous one again; money doesn't grow on my back. Unfortunately, Bosch is no longer responding. The supplied parquet brush does not cause a cat whine, but the suction power is a lot less, actually insufficient and the motor makes much more noise when using the parquet brush.
