The air con is fine. During the heat in the Netherlands where temperatures of 30+ were reached, the air conditioning managed to keep my living room pleasantly cool. Two things that really have to be taken into account: It makes noise, even in nightwear. For me personally not disturbing, but that is really something that can be different per person. It is a constant buzz that is present. The second thing is that snake; you have to get rid of that big tube somewhere. This has to be thought through in advance. But besides those two points, it really cools quite well. My living room was pleasant while it was 30+ outside. My house is not well insulated, so I am very satisfied with the cooling capacity.
