1st laser egg DOA - immediately returned

I ordered this laser egg twice, because the first one was DOA (never got it to work). Because that can sometimes happen, ordered a 2nd after returning the first. When I took the 2nd laser egg out of the box (it was sealed with plastic as if it was a new product) I immediately saw that it had already been used. Sticker on the screen was dirty, back had black scratches / stains and the plastic around the laser egg was crumpled. Even though this laser egg did start up, I never got past the start-up screen. So I immediately sent this laser egg back. Such an expensive product and then I happen to order 2 copies that don't work... I think the conclusion can be drawn here that you don't have to order anything from this brand.
