This is my 3rd Macbook pro and to be honest I'm disappointed. My last one was 15" late 2013 and I feel it was faster than this one! Can you imagine! The design of the laptop is good and I liked the keyboard. Battery is not really great and for me it was disappointment. The laptop is good for daily things and light designer stuff. It can do good job for 2D design but if you are going to work on animation or video editing then you diffidently need to think of another option.
One last thing, the laptop is overpriced compared to its humble performance
