    This machine will test your patience sometimes

    The time I spend on troubleshooting this machine is even more than the times I spend on actually using it. Don't expect to just be able to leave the printer there, and print a page now and then, because everytime I use this machine is a struggle: cannot connect, error at the middle of the printing, error even when a page is being printed.
    the HP Smart app is a headache. Apart from being super slow (not because of my computer or internet connection), it only recognizes the printer when it feels like doing so. Honestly, I hate the idea of making "smart" apps necessary for doing everything, especially when it only adds frustration and adds one more step for potential errors, for example now I don't know if the problem is with the printer, with the app, the wifi, HP cloud server or my own mistake.
