I've been using the earbuds for about 2 weeks now. At first it all looked great. Out of the package I took a nice charging box with the earbuds in it. You will be guided step by step through the commissioning using an app. That starts with choosing the right size cap, then how you wear it and finally connecting it to your phone. I have to say they do a good job at Bose. It is simple, fast and clear. The caps stay in place well during exercise (running and CrossFit). You do notice that you have them in, but you almost don't seem to prevent that. The sound quality for music is also really good. I do like the design when you wear them. It does look a bit like you're walking around like some kind of Frankenstein monster with two gigantic bolts in your head. Where the earplugs fail, however, is keeping a good connection between the two earplugs. Sometimes the sound drops out at one of the caps. It also occasionally crackles in one ear. What really annoys me is the fact that the caps just won't connect to another phone, laptop and/or tablet. Even if they are not connected to my phone this often does not work. Very irritating because that means I can't lend them to my girlfriend when she goes for a run, for example. They are good wireless earbuds with good sound quality, but I wouldn't recommend them to be honest.
