The first washing machine we got made a very squeaky squeak during the spin cycle. After consultation with customer service, it was exchanged for another one, and this one is doing great! Nice solution from CoolBlue! Washes well, can hold a lot in the drum! (We had a 6kg drum for this). And in terms of drying, we only use it when really necessary and then I just throw in a few things and set the program for 1.5 hours, and then it is perfectly dry. Saves a lot of energy with a full drying program.
