We have had a separate washing machine and a separate tumble dryer for 11 years. Soon we will be renovating and we are looking for a new washing machine and dryer. We think a combination is ideal. We got the chance to try out this model.

We think the design looks good. Nice solid door where you can't see the laundry very well from a distance, but up close you can still see what is going on behind this special device. Touch screen works well and the rotary knob with lighting also works very easily and clearly. In the beginning you have to find out which washing and/or drying combinations work with each other. You have the option to adjust standard programmed washing and/or dryer combinations to your liking. For instance; drying time, duration, gentle wash, speed etc.

We have now done almost 10 washes and combined with drying. What we notice is that we had trouble with the dryer combination in the beginning. The laundry comes out clean and also with the turbo wash of 39 min. With the use of the wash/dry program we were busy for more than 4 hours the first time and that was with a small wash. What is very unfortunate is that it is not indicated how many kg is in the drum. The device will weigh before it starts, but will not indicate whether it can add anything or not. Ultimately, you can see through the app and the screen how long it takes to dry and/or wash.

The first few times the whole house smelled of a certain smell after drying, that must have been the novelty, because we have now thankfully got rid of that smell. The noise is really minimal for us.
