Information on your website is incorrect, dongle and chime DO work on HB3 (in combination with doorbell dual pro).

The bell can now be heard clearly throughout the house. Installation is easy, provided you have found the settings menu. Go to the 3 dashes at the top left of the app --> my devices --> doorbell --> doorbell receiver --> Eufy Doorbell Chime and then follow the (incorrectly translated) user manual in the wizard.

According to our doorbell chime expert
Thanks to this extra receiver for the eufy Video Doorbell, you'll never miss a visitor again.
There are different melodies you can choose from for this doorbell chime.
The chime only works in combination with a eufy HomeBase 2 and not with a separate doorbell or a eufy HomeBase 3.
The eufy Doorbell Chime for HomeBase 2 is an extra chime for your Eufy smart doorbell. Plug the extension with the USB dongle into your Eufy HomeBase 2. Then place the chime in a socket anywhere you want in your home. If someone rings the doorbell, you'll hear a loud and clear ring from both the HomeBase and the chime. This way, you'll also know there's a visitor at the door when you're in the attic, for example. Choose from different ringtones and volume levels to set up the chime exactly how you want.
