The bell can now be heard clearly throughout the house. Installation is easy, provided you have found the settings menu. Go to the 3 dashes at the top left of the app --> my devices --> doorbell --> doorbell receiver --> Eufy Doorbell Chime and then follow the (incorrectly translated) user manual in the wizard.

According to our doorbell chime expert
Thanks to this extra receiver for the eufy Video Doorbell, you'll never miss a visitor again.
There are different melodies you can choose from for this doorbell chime.
The chime only works in combination with a eufy HomeBase 2 and not with a separate doorbell or a eufy HomeBase 3.
The eufy Doorbell Chime for HomeBase 2 is an extra chime for your smart doorbell from eufy. Use the USB dongle to plug the extension into your eufy HomeBase 2. This allows you to put the chime in the desired socket anywhere in your house. When someone rings the doorbell, you hear a loud and clear ringtone both near the HomeBase and the chime. That way, you also know there's a visitor at the door when you're in the attic. Choose from different ringtones and sound levels to adjust the chime completely to your liking.
