I've had the opportunity to test the Bosch mums2vm00 for several weeks now, and it has exceeded my expectations. I mainly use it for heavy bread dough, which it kneads effortlessly. He can also bring biscuit dough and cake batter to a beautiful end result with the two different whisks. The machine itself is handy in size and not too heavy, so you can quickly grab it and store it again. Thanks to the suction cups, it remains well on the counter, despite its weight. It is a pity that the bowl is not locked to the machine, so that it sometimes wants to come up with the dough hook if you want to remove the bowl.
