According to our camera lens expert
Bright in low light: thanks to the maximum f/2.8 aperture, you can take bright photos in low light.
For many types of photos: the 17-70mm zoom range makes the lens suitable for landscape, architectural, and portrait photography.
Sharp handheld photos: you can take sharp handheld photos at slower shutter speeds thanks to the image stabilization.
Feels a bit heavier: this lens may feel heavy when you use it with a lightweight camera.
