Easy in use
Easy to clean, almost self-cleaning due to the high temperature.
Solid material, does what it says it can.

What a cool concept. 5 minutes from box to working oven. With a combination of wood pieces and coal within 30 minutes at 500 degrees. Tip: immediately purchase a turning peel and launcher, that makes it easier and more fun. You can learn how to make dough on YouTube, or at Ooni itself.
