The Ooni Karu 12 is a pizza oven that you can heat in different ways. For example, you can use charcoal or wooden logs to prepare an authentic pizza. Or you can expand the oven with the Karu 12 gas burner (not included) to heat the oven with gas. The oven reaches a temperature of 500°C in just 15 minutes. With the handle on the chimney, you can adjust the air stream and prepare your pizza in different ways. You can enjoy your freshly-made pizza in no time, because it'll be ready to eat in less than 60 seconds. With a weight of 12kg, the pizza oven weighs about as much as a crate of beer. What a cool concept. 5 minutes from box to working oven. With a combination of wood pieces and coal within 30 minutes at 500 degrees. Tip: immediately purchase a turning peel and launcher, that makes it easier and more fun. You can learn how to make dough on YouTube, or at Ooni itself.
