The Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG DN Art Sony E-mount is a versatile standard lens that allows you to take landscape, portrait, street photos, and more. The lens is optimized for full frame mirrorless cameras from Sony. You can also use this lens on APS-C system cameras by Sony. The lens consists of 15 lens elements and 11 groups. Together, these elements ensure there are no distortions and aberrations in your photo. Aberrations are visible in the blue discoloration at the edge of your subject. The front lens element has a special coating against water and oil. This allows you to take it with you into nature, for example. With this lens, you can create a soft bokeh effect thanks to the 11 aperture shutters. This makes the lens suitable for portrait or product photos. You can adjust the aperture quickly and easily with the aperture ring. This ring rotates without a click, which makes it suitable for recording videos. You get an even transition as a result.
