With this television and soundbar, you get a combination of razor-sharp images and improved sound.
Thanks to Full Array Local Dimming, black parts of the screen are truly black and you can enjoy high-contrast HDR images.
The Cognitive Processor XR ensures a realistic sound and improves images to 8K resolution, so you can enjoy sharp and detailed images.
Full HD or 4K content won't appear as sharp as 8K content, but there's still little 8K content available.
With this TV and soundbar combination, you can't listen to a deep bass during an action movie, because it doesn't have an external subwoofer.

Description

With the combination of the Sony Bravia XR-85Z9 and the Sony HT-A7000 Soundbar, you can enjoy a home cinema with a powerful sound and razor-sharp images. The TV supports 8K resolution, so you won't miss a single detail in a field of flowers, for example. You can also enjoy a wide color palette. That's because the 10-bit panel displays no less than 1 billion color tones. So you can see the details of a flower, but also the subtle color differences between the leaves. In addition, black parts of the screen are very black thanks to the Full Array Local Dimming, so HDR images come out well. For example, you can see a clear contrast between light and dark images, such as bright stars in a black sky. The smart Cognitive Processor XR analyzes the images you're watching extremely fast. By predicting what you're watching, the processor ensures that the subject of the scene is displayed sharply. The processor also makes 4K images even sharper, improving them to 8K resolution.

With the Sony HT-A7000, you improve the sound of your television. You can connect the soundbar to your television with an HDMI cable. The built-in Dolby Atmos technology sends the sound to your listening position via the ceiling. So you won't just hear the sound coming from the front, but from all around you. As a result, it will seem like the airplane is actually flying over your head. Sound Field Optimization adjusts the sound of the soundbar to the space. Thanks to this, surround sound sounds good in every room. If you want to listen to music via the soundbar, you can connect a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth. That way, you can stream your favorite songs through the room.
