The power-saving function puts a port in standby when it is not in use. Unfortunately it takes too long to get out of this standby mode. This ensures that a vpn connection times out after a while, to prevent you from disconnecting you have to reactivate the port by looking up something on the internet or something. Really super annoying, I regret my purchase so much because I will probably disconnect this switch and no longer use it. Tried a firmware update and first time switch was bricked (despite following tplink manual). Fortunately, I received a new device from coolblue, so their service is good.

Delivery of Coolblue excellent, ordered today, delivered the next day. The Switch is very fast to use. My brother also ordered one right away.

Our digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our network switch expert
Fast home network: with 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, you and your housemates always have fast internet.
Easy to connect: this switch isn't managed, so you can easily connect it with little technical knowledge.
Priority for important devices: thanks to Quality of Service, you can set it so your most important devices always have the best connection.
Not for large business networks: in a large business environment with many devices, the connection can sometimes lag.
No extra network features: because this switch isn't a managed switch, you can't set up extra functions for your network.
