Description
With the Sony Inzone H7 Gaming Headset, you can experience your games with optimal sound on your PlayStation or PC. Thanks to the 3D audio of the Inzone H7, you can hear exactly where your opponents are coming from. Now you get even more immersed in single-player games like Uncharted or Horizon Forbidden West with a 40-hour battery life. You can also connect the Inzone H7 to your PlayStation or PC in a completely wireless way. Thanks to the memory foam ear cushions, you won't get sore ears during long gaming sessions. Need a break anyway? Just fold the microphone upwards to take a sip of your drink.
I first had the Inzone H3 from Sony ; it was wired and worked well, the sound of the H3 was quite okay but lacked a little bit of extra punch but it is certainly a decent headset the H3.
But still I went for the more expensive Inzone H7 because it is wireless and in terms of sound is still a bit better than the H3.
I'm not saying the H7 is the best gaming headset out there, but it's definitely one of the best as far as I'm concerned.
A gaming headset should not only have decent sound; for me and that's just a personal opinion, a headset should also be able to stay on the ears for hours without pain or with very little pain in the ears and this Sony is just the top, that thing fits so well. The wearing comfort is very good compared to many others, almost perfect. I have noticed for many years that my right ear is just that little bit different and has a very minimal burden / pain after a certain time but nothing bad, that is not due to the headset but to myself haha.
The headphones are also light and sit perfectly on the head and the band at the top is also tender and you hardly feel it, so you will certainly not have any headaches with this headset.
The microphone; it gets quite a few negative reactions elsewhere and I don't understand why? I'm not a pro player but like the vast majority a casual gamer, while gaming I'm skyping with my buddy, of course I have to adjust the sound a bit which is normal but when that's done we understand each other without any problem, both me him and he me. So the microphone is just okay, nothing wrong with that. Don't forget that you can set it up via windows/skype as well and often via the games themselves and you name it if something does not run smoothly.
The battery life is also very good, I haven't been able to keep up with it yet but I know that it can reach between 40 and 50 hours which is really phenomenal. I think charging MSS once a week, great isn't it?
What you should definitely do when you buy these headphones is download the program inzone hub, you really need it if you want to change some settings and sounds of your H7 headset, so you can set it to your own liking.
Do give an important tip; With both the H3 and the H7 I sometimes have crackling noises, I first thought is this due to the headset? I tested this yesterday through a friend of mine who bought a very recent good gaming laptop and played with him for hours and I didn't have that problem with his laptop. In other words; so it's my laptop that there may be something somewhere that sometimes cracks, so it's not the headset. I will be buying a new gaming pc soon. This aside ;).
Then the sound; it is very good, again, I am not saying that this is the best in terms of sound or anything but I am very satisfied with it, provided some adjustments here and there with certain games because some are different I notice the sound is very good. You hear the sounds left and right and the footsteps and the crowing and I remember all very well and that's why I bought this one.
Keep in mind that not all games support eg the 7.1 support virtual surround (my apologies if I worded it wrong), with certain games the sound will sound a bit less like I had with world war z, what did I do then; I set it to the bass setting in the inzone hub and that was more fun to play with this game. With back4blood and wow, like many other games, it is set to custom with the bass very slightly raised. It's personal preference.
The wireless stick and the connection is also very good, so far I haven't had a connection loss or anything while gaming, works perfectly.
I also think the quality is good with this headset, although I wouldn't drop it too much, but you should always avoid that with electronics. Tastes differ, but I also think it's a nice headset too.
You also have a button on the headset for quieter and louder and also on the other side you can amplify your chat or amplify your sound, very handy although I have to say that I don't use it that often until now, but it is useful. Turning the headset on and off is also easy, just press 2-3 sec buttons on the headset and that's it. There is also a button on the back of the wireless stick, unfortunately I forgot what it served for, mss anyway to get a connection, I have to look again myself.
I honestly can't say anything negative about it so far. Miss the price; you can always discuss that of course, but for me, if the picture is right for me, that softens the price :).

First had the Pulse but ear hurt after long use. Not with the Sony Inzone H7. Sits well and is very comfortable. Bought one for my husband as well. Now we can game together.

Perfect for big heads
Two audio channels via USB with both good quality sound.
Active Bluetooth connection works fantastic. Game, Discord and still quickly pick up a phone call!
Good seal around the ears, and therefore passive noise cancelling, without getting warm during long wearing sessions.
Microphone audio is acceptable for use for VOIP or online meetings, but don't expect high performance and is less suitable for streaming.
Especially for people with a large head, a good headset that is also comfortable is hard to find. This headset has (almost) it all: excellent sound mix, chat mix (with both channels at the same high quality, SteelSeries, for example, cannot imitate this headset) and well-functioning Bluetooth as a bonus. The headset can be worn for hours without getting too hot, weighing you down or pinching your ears. The only point of attention is the quality of the microphone... other headsets are better at this, but if you use it purely for VOIP in games, Discord or the occasional Teams meeting or something, this is more than enough. I wouldn't stream with this microphone alone.
