We have connected 2 as a stereo pair in the living room. Nicely balanced sound. Unbelievable that this comes from those 2 Homepods. You really hear every instrument. They don't stand out and you can place them anywhere near a power point. We also use Apple Music and then it plays the high quality audio or spatial audio if it is available. The operation with Siri is completely fine. I don't know how it will work with android.

Siri has learned to listen, she understands me even when music is playing. Nice room-filling sound if you turn up the volume high enough.

According to our WiFi speaker expert
The HomePod is a WiFi speaker and a smart home hub.
You can control your smart devices with voice commands via Siri.
Thanks to the technology for room sensing, you can listen to optimal sound.
Because the speaker isn't water-resistant, you can't put it in the bathroom or kitchen.
