Some things I don't want to miss them anymore:

Automatically switch lights on and off, the house always looks inhabited and you do not come home in the dark (circuit diagram);
Remote control of the irrigation pump, especially useful for adjusting sprinklers, but also to let the pump run for a few hours and then stop automatically (count-down timer);
