The HEOS app is not easy to use and crashes frequently.

Because there were already a few HEOS products in the house and it was time to replace the TV soundbar, the choice for this DENON set was obvious. The old HEOS speakers were moved upstairs, and the new set, supplemented with another DENON 150 speaker, was placed in the living room. It's great that you don't have to install any wiring. Just plug it into the socket, open the app and add a new speaker. A child could do the laundry. Only the HEOS app is a bit complicated to find the right settings in the menus after installation. In addition, when grouping speakers, the app is slow or cannot find the speakers. Creating fixed groups in advance does not always work smoothly either. Furthermore, when you connect the speakers and subwoofer to your soundbar as a surround system, you can no longer use the regular speakers with the subwoofer as a separate stereo set without a soundbar! For that you have to reset them completely! Furthermore, the sound can be adjusted well to get a nice balance in high and low tones per speaker to get a pleasant complete sound in the room. The volume can be quite loud without distortion. I use Apple, and with AirPlay, also the fixed Apple computer, you have your entire music library at your disposal in no time. It is a pity that the old HEOS speakers cannot be connected again! With Bluetooth that works! I am very satisfied with it, but I do hope that the App will be improved soon.
