We are pleased with the stove. Upon delivery of the stove, it was nice that the electrician we hired to install the three-phase connection/socket was able to supply and connect the cable for the stove. Just as a plug is missing from the stove, the correct cable is also missing... the plug had been ordered along with it; the 'shop' was aware of the missing plug, but not of the missing cable. Bottom line, a blessing in disguise. Coolblue service responded adequately.
