This head strap doesn't have a built-in battery for the Meta Quest 3 and 3S, so the VR headset doesn't have an extended battery life.
You can only use this Elite Strap with the Quest 3 and 3S.

This Meta Quest 3 and 3S Elite Strap makes the Meta Quest 3 VR headset more comfortable to wear. You can easily replace the standard head strap with the Elite Strap. The Elite Strap is made of sturdy materials, so it provides more support. The Quest 3 fits better around your head as a result. You can adjust the Elite Strap with the dial on the back of the headband, so the user can easily adjust the Quest 3.

- Nice update after Quest 2
- Quest 2 software and games easily transferred via the Meta cloud
- Elite strap is a must to wear the Quest 3 comfortably.

It does what it's supposed to do, but you really can't do without this strap and extra battery. No alternative makes it a shame that it is an additional purchase.
