In itself a great purchase. Fast start-up (wait and see how this will be in a year or so). Installation (I am an average user) takes a few hours, but is doable. It is quite easy to transfer things from an old laptop (also Acer). Battery life is a bit disappointing. Fortunately, not that important to me. Acer can't do much about it, but pay close attention if you think it is important that Windows does not determine too much for you. Go through menus and turn off what you don't want. By the way, I am not a gamer.
